In a full employment market newly appointed staff have high expectations of their current and prospective employers. Predominantly due to a generational shift and employment market demands, this expectation is currently putting pressure on employers to retain valued staff.
Employers and employees can sometimes both fail to live up to the expectations discussed. Accelerated Development Coaching programs ensure the performance, fit and expectations of both the employer and employee are aligned and met long term. By working with both the employer and employee, Accelerated Development Coaching can guarantee better performance and greater organisational outcomes for newly placed employees.

Approach

Accelerated Development Coaching works by providing a tailored coaching program for both the new employee and their manager. Accelerated Development Coaching achieves this through a unique and rigorous coaching process involving an initial assessment and needs analysis, goal setting and action planning to maximise individual effectiveness and organisational performance. The program provides a Coach who is fully committed to the development of the employee, employer and organisation during the course of the coaching program. This will require a commitment of 4 to 6 hours per month plus assignments set in the coaching meetings.

Assessment and Feedback to Inform the Executive Coaching Process
|
|
An important part of the program is to conduct a comprehensive assessment and development feedback process to commence the coaching programs.
Participants will discover career motivators, values, strengths and development potential. Through methods such as 360-degree feedback and personality profiling, managers will better understand their impact upon others, management style and other personality factors that may limit their effectiveness at work.

Recommended Coaching Component
|
|
Accelerated Development Coaching recommends a commitment of 9 intensive coaching consultations taken over six months.
After the initial nine sessions individuals often embark on a project for the organisation and they are keen to have additional sessions to support them in this and to consolidate their new skills and strategies.
Further coaching sessions to support change can be added upon request.

White Recruit believes the administrative headaches involved in payrolling can easily distract a company from their core focus and cause key staff members to be tied up for large amounts of productive time.
When White Recruit provides a candidate all of the following administrative issues are reduced for our clients;
White Recruit strongly believes that our services must be flexible. White Recruit has the flexibility in its payroll department to run a payroll every working day of the week, so we can tailor our pay week to run in line with our clients pay week.
This extra service capability and the ability to individualise our invoices for each client has helped our clients manage their accounting procedures and accurately track labour costs.

Many of our clients operate multiple shifts, so at White Recruit we believe to be a true human resource provider and partner to our clients we must operate 24 hours, 7 days a week.
When you call White Recruit after hours you will speak to an account manager who knows and works with your business, not a machine or someone interstate.

Employee Roll-Over
|
|
White Recruit provides their clients with the option of rolling our employees over to our clients payroll after a period of 3 months for no extra fees or charges.
We have found the 3 month period has been very beneficial for our clients and candidates because it allows our clients and our candidates to make an accurate evaluation as to their long term future together.
