Position Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the land access to ATPs for our responsibilities in our offices in Brisbane and Rockhampton. The successful applicant will also provide support to the Managing Director and staff, administer functions for the business including OH&S systems and procedures, plus develop external client relationships to assist with the growth of the company Duties: Achieving timely negotiation of land access and compensation agreements for QGC within the Work Site including but not limited to:
providing general information (provided by QGC) to owners and occupiers of land regarding QGC exploration activities;
providing specific information (provided by QGC) to owners and occupiers of land regarding QGCs proposed activities on land and the possible impacts;
ensuring that all landowner concerns, grievances and requests are notified to QGC in accordance with QGCs grievance management process as notified from time to time;
negotiating consent to entry agreements;
serving entry notices;
negotiating compensation with owners and occupiers of land in accordance with QGCs Land and Access Manual for proposed upstream activities;
negotiating compensation agreements;
negotiating deferral agreements;
attendance at pegging parties;
comply with business and QGCs work place health and safety policies;
performance of stakeholder management including landholder and local government liaison;
serving court proceedings relating to access to land;
providing administrative assistance to the QGC land access team as requested from time to time; and
preparation of progress, status and ad hoc reports in a format acceptable to Company.

Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Planning or Real Estate related Course or Business Management Diploma or equivalent. Social Work and mediation experience also considered.
