Position Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing the administrative responsibilities in each office and also provide support to the Managing Director and staff. The successful applicant will also administer HR functions for the business including OH&S systems and procedures whilst also develop external client relationships to assist with the growth of the company including marketing the business through media and web advertising. Duties: • On-going management and setting up of systems and procedures as required
• Project Management assistance
• Monitor and update the Website and Intranet including, Employee Manuals, Business Plan and Staff Profiles.
• Liaise with current clients and coordinate events and meetings to maintain client relationships
• Preparation of correspondence, reporting and distribution of documentation
Essential skills: • Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to make decisions and on an informed basis
• Attention to detail
• Consistency in completing tasks in a timely manner
• Positive and professional attitude
• Completed Business Management Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years experience in similar administrative role
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Good knowledge of all office equipment eg. Copiers, scanners etc
