Our client is a leading global environmental services organisation who specialise in transport and waste services.
They are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join their friendly team based at Rocklea. This is for a temp contract for a minimum period of 4 weeks.
This position will require the successful applicant to be an All Rounder therefore you will require previous experience in Reception, Payroll, Accounts and General Administration.
Duties: - Answering all phone calls and emails
- Maintain customer information
- Receive courier bags from sites
- General Administration
- Greet customers
- Handle multiple phone lines
- Management of our reception area
- Deliver friendly and prompt telephone customer service
- Provide assistance to depot visitors
- Maintain company registers
Support the team with the ability to provide administrative assistance and multi task
Essential skills: - Intermediate Excel experience
- Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Own transport is essential
- Reliable and punctual
- Enjoy a challenging work environment with a positive attitude
- Good computer skills
- Team Player
