Our client is a prestigious car dealership located in Indroopilly and is one part of group car dealerships that service the Brisbana a area. They are currently seeking a Receptionist to work in an their upmarket, commercial head quarters. The succesful candidiate will need to be available to commence work immediatley.
Duties: Duties may include, but are not limited to:
•Handling incoming phone calls
•greeting customers
•Providing excellent customer service
•Providing assistance to customer
•General Office Administration duties
•Providing assistance, when needed to staff.
Essential skills: • High pride in appearance
• Professional attitude
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Stable work history
•Must be available to work most Saturdays. This will be classed as overtime.
•Monday to Friday, aprox 8:00am- 5:00pm
• Strong computer literacy
• Confident with spread sheeting
• Very well spoken
• Pleasant phone manner and people skills
• Great attention to detail
They require someone who is highly motivated and possessing excellent communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive renuneration of $35K - $40K and the satisfaction of a permanent position.
