Our client is a leading global environmental services organisation who specialise in transport and waste services.
They are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their friendly team based at Rocklea for approximately six months. Duties: - Answering all phone calls and emails
- Raise purchase orders
- Weekly Tonnage reports
- Investigate customer queries/credits
- Maintain customer information
- Reconcile Invoices
- Month End reports for Managers
- Receive courier bags from sites
Essential skills: - Experience using SAP in high volume commercial business
- Intermediate Excel experience
- Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Own transport
